Can't Play Royal Parade Solitaire anymore.
When I try to open Royal Parade Solitaire , I get the following message OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM warning: Insufficient space for shared memory file: 5067 Try using the -Djava.io.tmpdir= option to select an alternate temp location. I have no idea what this means or what to do. I don't believe Foxfire supports Java anymore . The game played fine until this evening. What should I do to get the game back?

Hi Richard, The site http://blacksreds.com/patiences/royalparade , is not the site I use for Royal Parade Solitaire. I clicked on http://blacksreds.com/patiences/royalparade and their version of Royal Parade opened up , and I was able to play it. The game is the same , but the appearance is different.. This morning after I started my computer the original Royal Parade I always use , opened normally. That site is http://freesolitaire.net/royal-parade. I have no idea what changed since yesterday. I myself made no changes
Thanks for your response. I now have another site to play Royal Parade.
Thanks to all other people who responded to my question. It seems my problem solved its self. Charles

Can you please confirm that you are referring to the game at this URL:
http://blacksreds.com/patiences/royalparade
I have just loaded it into my Firefox 57.0.1 under Windows 10 and it appears to work fine (I managed to make a couple of moves, even though I do not have a clue how to play.. :)
I do not have Java installed on this machine, so it obviously does not need it to run. Possibly it uses some Javascript, but that is a different animal.
Regarding your comment:
I don't believe Foxfire supports Java anymore
That is not quite true, you will find the information here:
How to allow Java on trusted sites
Regarding your problem loading the page, please try this help article to fix the problem:

Please let us know how you get on.
I see this text if I open this link:
OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM warning: Insufficient space for shared memory file: 9961 Try using the -Djava.io.tmpdir= option to select an alternate temp location.
This would probably mean that this game runs as a Java application on the web page (server). You can try an alternative if this site is currently broken.

Right at the top of that page is says:
Support ended for all NPAPI plugins except for Flash in Firefox version 52, released March 7, 2017. See this compatibility document and this article for details.
Firefox 52 ESR is the last version to allow NPAPI Plugins other than Flash to run in Firefox; where support will end 2nd quarter 2018.
That includes the Java Plugin. And the other "top 4" web browser did similar about the time that Mozilla ended NPAPI support (for other than Flash) in March 2017.
@the-edmeister. Thanks for the clarification - my bad, I did not read the page properly.
@cor-el. Thank you for finding the correct URL. I receive the same problem with it too.
This explains how the NPAPI Flash Player Plugin will be supported in Firefox as time goes on. https://developer.mozilla.org/docs/Plugins/Roadmap
Three other web browsers dropped support of the NPAPI Plugins like Java especially, back in 2015 so websites should really look at better alternatives if they are still supporting the Java Plugin. And because Oracle has been looking to depreciate their Java Plugin for some time now.

Hi Charles.
That is great news! I just tried it myself and it now works for me too (and I had tried it yesterday with the same problem that you had after @cor-el had identified the correct site that you are using).
I am glad it was a website problem, not your Firefox. Please mark the issue as solved now. Why did I not try the site in Chrome or another browser? Never mind, lesson learned :)
Enjoy playing your game again! Richard.
Richard the game is fairly simple to play. It is very hard to win , and can be addictive. The top row you place Twos ,Fives , Eights , and Jacks. Each four cards are same suit. Middle row is Threes , Sixes, nines and Queens Bottom row is fours , sevens , tens and kings. When you cannot move any cards click on the stack of cards on left , and move cards that match . Click on stack until all cards are gone. You only win win all cards used. Have fun.
