We need View/page content or View/page code. Where did it go ?
In the main File/Edit/View..... menu - the View menu had a "Page Source" or similar name. This is used to report BOGUS sites. E.g. when I get a pointer to 'my bank' or similar thought - I check the page source before I log into it. I may be sending my username and password to anyone who was crafty to steal the site look and hack code to steal identity. I have turned in two such sites to BOA security. I can also send bug issues to sites or this group. Those who ignore the use don't use it. Those of us who were IT at one time and now retired try to solve issues in the world.
Why was it deleted from use? The issue with Java you dumped upon us might have been helped but no longer. Now we are at RISK and held in the DARK. Menu : View/ missing an element.

You can find "View Page Source" (Ctrl+U) in the right-click context menu in the web page area and in the Tools -> Web Developer menu.

Sorry, no idea what your talking about or missing.
If your wanting the the source code of the website then can right click view source code and highlight something then Ctrl A and then Copy/paste any where you want. Like a Email to abuse@bankofamerica.com and to phishing-report@us-cert.gov https://www.us-cert.gov/report-phishing as I do and I live in Canada. Or same for a Email phishing.
If your missing a Extension/addon would need to know the name of it. https://mozilla.github.io/extension-finder/
https://www.howtogeek.com/333230/why-firefox-had-to-kill-your-favorite-extension/ Note : Links page bottom of Extensions still being coded and possible dates.
In it is not Compatible, should be asking BOA when it will be ready for Firefox as they had over a year to rewrite the code.
Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
57.0 (64-bit) does not have RMB (right click) view (source code is not present) I have added an image for you to see. Prior versions since who knows when all had that option for reporting abuse sites to anyone. BOA is Bank of America.

Yes, and I think it's been this way for a while. Firefox 52esr also has it on the Tools > Web Developer menu rather than the View menu.
Even Firefox 45 ESR has Page Source in the Web Developer menu, so you must have been using a very old Firefox version to have it under the View menu.

I update whenever I or the GUI determines there is an update. It seems to be a resource for web development. Great. When I started with the National Science version that was the only method, find out what works and use it and pass it on. Now I know where to get the abuse file for the company used or abused besides myself. Thank you.

59 is here and still no positive results. Still refused to load my internal web page. This ISN"T solved. Still a bug. Here is my homepage.
https://monitoring.solaredge.com/solaredge-web/p/site/282081/#/dashboard|http://10.224.219.149/#
Notice it loads two pages. The Solaredge page comes up nicely. It monitors my solar panel. The next page is right after dashboard with the seperator and is http://10.224.219.149/# it is still refused as a black site as it doesn't have a domain name. That is outrageous since INTRAnet of Things is building and won't have paid for domain names on every device or page that needs to be seen or used to control. Only external control pages can. Inside of the home domain is Intranet and outside is Internet. People 'search' the Internet. Owners use Intranet for their work. I'm sure you have them at your work. I've had Intra at work in the late 80's. Maybe before. But that is fair. When are you going to allow intranet to be shown on intranet browsers. ?? Martin H. Eastburn
