When Firefox installed updates, I lost all of my saved articles in Pocket. Can I retrieve them?

I did not reinstall Firefox myself - an automatic update happened when I switched my computer on and opened Firefox. The new format has pocket, but I was asked to sign up as if I was a new user. I had saved a lot of articles for a project, and now they are all gone. Is there a way to retrieve them?
