I don't have a Firefox "button" - upper left or anywhere else!I am trying to uninstall TelevisionFanatic, but the instructions (online) say to use this button. (Also, TelevisionFanatic is NOT listed in my Programs, so I can't click on it to uninstall. Please advise - I don't know what to do. Thanks so much.

PS - I just looked over your "automatically populated Troubleshooting Information and it might as well be in some foreign language!! LOL But the one thing I DID notice (I believe) is that it says that I have Windows NT 6.1. I believe that I have Windows 7 (unless that doesn't matter, but thought I should mention it. Thanks again.

Windows NT 6.1 is Windows 7.

Firefox 57 doesn't have a "Firefox" button. And the "Firefox" button hasn't been in Firefox since Firefox 28 - was removed in Firefox 29 - April 2014 - so whatever instructions you were reading are out of date,

"I am trying to uninstall TelevisionFanatic, "

Did you look in the Windows Control Panel > Programs & Features for that application? You can uninstall it from there.

edit: TelevisionFanatic is from Mindspark Interactive Network, Inc.- so look the that name, too.

Current Firefox versions have a "3-bar" Firefox menu button New Fx Menu.
There is also a special bookshelf button 57 library icon.
