When are you going to fix firefox so I can move the puzzle pieces on THE JIGSAW PUZZLES like I used too?

I use The Jigsaw Puzzles.com every day to keep my mind active. A couple of months ago I started getting this notice: Pieces not moving in fullscreen? You need to open the puzzles in Chrome or Edge until Firefox fixes the issue in the next update. Well I got the recent update but the problem still exists when trying to do a puzzle.

I am starting to get used to Chrome but I'd rather work with Firefox. Can you fix the problem?

If they had told you what the trouble was by name would have been very helpful. Is just a shot in the dark, so here goes.

Try playing it this way : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode

Try creating a New Profile and play : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles

Last resort : uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files and C:\Program Files(x86) Then restart system. Then run Windows Disk Cleanup. Then run it again and click the button that says Cleanup System Files. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved. But you should make a back up before you do : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/back-and-restore-information-firefox-profiles

Reinstall with Current Release Firefox 57.0 with a Full Version Installer https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
