Why can't I access https://login.microsoftonline.com on firefox?

I am not behind any proxy or firewall.

I can access the same url from chrome.

I have tried all the options given in this KB: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-cant-load-websites-other-browsers-can

I have tried opening Firefox in safe mode with all add-ons disabled and still same result.

This is now working fine. Mozilla silently fixed this on their recent release on 11/29/2017
