When does Quantum get "Bookmak All" Tabs in Bookmarks?

Hey Guys, Previous versions of FF had a "Bookmark All" option in Bookmarks. Quantum Doesn't Have that Option. Why not? When will it be available? Surely it isn't THAT Difficult . . .

This option is in the tab menu, not in Bookmarks.
