Web: https://mail.aol.com/en-us Can't get to email since FF 57. All FF help seems to be for older versions. IE and Chrome work. Would prefer not to use them for my email. No Java plugin icon shows in address bar.

Solved. Refresh fixed it. Ididn't like using Chrome or IE, both slower than FF. Appreciate your help on this. John

hello, can you try to replicate this behaviour when you launch firefox in safe mode once? Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems

(please also note that java and javascript are tow very different things - the first one is a deprecated browser plugin that won't be necessary to get to your emails)

Same result in safe mode, same message.

Windows 7, works the same using 3 different internet providers (all wireless).

ok, in this case please try to refresh firefox and see if this can address the issue...
