missing recycle icon on desktop? It was never there on windows 10 since new. How do i install it now thanks.

I have followed microsoft instructions etc such as Settings-Personalization-Themes-Desktop icon settings-Recycle Bin-checkbox Apply all to no avail. Appreciate further help please as i must be missing something!

This forum supports Mozilla software like Firefox and Thunderbird. We might know this one, but maybe not...

On Windows 7, when you right-click the desktop and choose Personalize, one of the options is to select the desktop icons. Please see the screenshot attached to this post.

Maybe Windows 10 is similar.
