Simple. Just what I stated in the question. I want to say that FF has become more and more frustrating and stressful as it seems like the FF project has forgotten their user base. As it is, I can no longer use FF as mouse over window is essential for me to run business operations. So sad FF no longer seems to care about actual users :-(

You can check for problems with the profiles.ini file [1] that registers profiles.

See:

You can delete the profiles.ini file [1] to make Firefox create a new (default) profile or use the Profile Manager [2] to create a new profile or register an orphaned profile that isn't listed in the Profile Manager.

See "Creating a profile":

You can find the profiles.ini file in this hidden location:

  • Windows: %AppData%\Mozilla\Firefox\
    C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\
  • Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/Firefox/
  • Linux: ~/.mozilla/firefox/

"AppData" (XP: Application Data; Mac: ~/Library; Linux: ~/.mozilla) is a hidden folder.

Please consider turning on send info to Mozilla before posting a question. This helps us help you. As I have no info from your system that would help see things that cause issues. As have only 2 things. None relate to how I can help you or the fact that mindbodyonline.com has nothing to do with Firefox, your using their software so not A Firefox Support Issue. https://support.mindbodyonline.com/s/?language=en_US

fyi : it shows here your running FF 56.0 but you say your running the current version 56.0.2 suggest uninstall and reinstall using the Full Version Installer https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/

You are using outdated Flash and it is a Security Risk ver 26 update to Flash Player Version: 27.0.0.183 https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/ Step 1: Select Operating System Step 2: Select A Version (Firefox, Win IE . . . .) Note: Other software is offered in the download. <Windows Only>
