Wife PC Win Firefox crashes, cannot delete or reinstall new Firefox! Thanks IA

Firefox would not re-open after crash, could not do a re-install as 'profile.ini' was an issue. Message saying Firefox still open prevented uninstall and re-install new version. PC still works but wife now has to use Chrome - how can I force a re-install? Thanks for any help. Paul H in OZ

Hi Paul, i'm gonna help you with your demand. It seems it's related to a profile which are basically and users informations. If you don't care about this profile, you can delete it and Firefox may works again like a charm with a new profile. You can find all information about profile management in the dedicated page:
