i need to talk or chat with an expert
I cannot send emails and i do not have any idea how to fix it. Ive tried reading through support and I cannot figure it out. i attached a screenshot of the error message

Open Tools/Account Settings, select Outgoing Server (SMTP) at the lower left, then Edit the hotmail entry to have these settings:
outgoing server name: smtp.office365.com port: 587 security: STARTTLS authentication: normal password User name: full email address
