How do I save a gif using Firefox?

How do I save a gif using Firefox?

Chosen solution

Do you see this image in "Tools -> Page Info -> Media"?

Note that some animated GIF images may actually be MP4 files (GIFv).

Hello, depending on the source of the GIF, they may have download availability. You might be able to right click the gif, and save as, and just make sure it's saved as a .gif

The GIF I wanted to save was in FB. I have "Easy Screen Shot" and "Video Download Helper", neither of them will capture a GIF in Firefox.
