The Google Toolbar hasn't been available for Firefox for like 6 years now. It was discontinued by Google when Firefox 5.0 came out. https://www.google.com/toolbar/ie/index.html

Google search is one of the default search engines that come with Firefox and Google can easily be made your default search engine, if that is what you are talking about.
