Can't connect to my private browser by tapping settings in upper right corner of browser. bold text

Can't connect to my private browser by tapping settings in upper right corner of browser. '''bold text'''

Chosen solution

Try pressing Control + Shift + P, at the same time to open a private window. If that works, it is likely that the button for private browsing has been removed from the menu.

Go to the menu in the top right and click "Customise", then find the "New Private Window" icon, and drag it to the menu, then exit customisation.

What's your computer system and Firefox version?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
