If you just want to add a notice or disclaimer, without actually imposing any kind of security, this can be accomplished by creating a signature that is automatically added to all outgoing messages:

What are you trying to achieve? Just stating in the message body an email is confidential doesn't really make it confidential.

If you want to send confidential information via email you'll need to encrypt and sign the message.
