Is there a way to disable the 'touch-pad zoom' feature?

Because all it takes to zoom is 2 fingers on the touch pad, I'm constantly zooming by accident and it's extremely annoying. Is there any way to just disable this quick-zoom feature so I don't have to worry about it again?

hi, you could try tweaking the preference that controls how much movement between two fingers is needed in order to fire the pinch command.

enter about:config into the firefox address bar (confirm the info message in case it shows up) & search for the preference named browser.gesture.pinch.threshold. double-click it and change its value to something higher, perhaps 200 or 500 (you may need to experiment a bit to find out what's right for you).

You can also set the related browser.gesture.* pref to an empty string to disable this specific gesture.
