It is showing here that you are running Flash version 25. I suggest updating that 1st and try your game out again. Please come back and let us know if that fixed any thing and if so please mark this as solved or if still have the issue please supply some more information as to what you think on their website might be the issue.

This might be there problem, suggest also clearing your cache then try the website again.
