I cannot playback wav files from Magicjack, why?

I get Magicjack messages ; they are wav files. I get a message that my computer can't playback the files and suggests other readers; I tried a few to no avail. I am running windows 10. I get the same on my other computer running windows 7.

You can try VLC or MPlayer to see if they can play the file.
