Facebook, GMail, only display mobile version of site. NOTHING WORKS
HyperLinks, manual typing of www.facebook.com ALL redirect to the mobile versions of the site. This makes it literally unusable on my huge 1080p monitor.
I'm on the latest version of windows. (not insider preview) Brand new, fresh install of Firefox (haven't used FF since 2010) Screenshot below is taken from Safe Mode with the default theme enabled.
I've tried: Deleting all history, cookies, and cache Resizing the window multiple times. Zooming in and out. Banging my head against the wall. Asking Mozilla Support for help.
Also, Gmail only serves it's "basic HTML" version of the site because I'm using an "Unsupported Browser" and while signing in I got an email about signing in from SAFARI ON MAC (wrong on both counts). What the actual fuck?
Please help. Thanks in advance.

Your Firefox identified itself in a peculiar way:
Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X 10_5; en-US) AppleWebKit/525.27.1 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/3.2.1 Safari/525.27.1
Check out this article as the first thing to try: How to reset the default user agent on Firefox. If you don't get instructions for Windows, there's a little selector in the Editing Tools column on the left where you can select Windows 10.
Then you can use my test page to see whether you get something more like Windows NT 10.0 and Firefox 53.0: https://www.jeffersonscher.com/res/jstest.php (the user agent string is in red).

Hello,
Try Firefox Safe Mode to see if the problem goes away. Firefox Safe Mode is a troubleshooting mode that temporarily turns off hardware acceleration, resets some settings, and disables add-ons (extensions and themes).
If Firefox is open, you can restart in Firefox Safe Mode from the Help menu:
- Click the menu button
, click Help
and select Restart with Add-ons Disabled.
If Firefox is not running, you can start Firefox in Safe Mode as follows:
- On Windows: Hold the Shift key when you open the Firefox desktop or Start menu shortcut.
- On Mac: Hold the option key while starting Firefox.
- On Linux: Quit Firefox, go to your Terminal and run firefox -safe-mode
(you may need to specify the Firefox installation path e.g. /usr/lib/firefox)
When the Firefox Safe Mode window appears, select "Start in Safe Mode".
If the issue is not present in Firefox Safe Mode, your problem is probably caused by an extension, theme, or hardware acceleration. Please follow the steps in the Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems article to find the cause.
To exit Firefox Safe Mode, just close Firefox and wait a few seconds before opening Firefox for normal use again.
When you figure out what's causing your issues, please let us know. It might help others with the same problem.

Thanks jayakumars, but as I stated in the question already and showed in the screenshot, I'm already using safemode.
