well, the logo of the product you're using (firefox) is not changing at least ;-) otherwise the best place to give feedback about the logo change is probably https://blog.mozilla.org/opendesign/arrival/

The browser we know as Firefox first existed back in Sept 2002.

What do you mean by logo? and by skin I take it you mean a complete Theme for Firefox?
