At any given moment Firefox will crash, I have followed all suggested procedures in the mozilla support section, made sure everything is up to date and even tried a clean install. Still crashes at odd times, however it has not crashed while in the mozilla support domain at all. NOTE: tried to start in safe mode and would not even start up crashed immediately. I have noted that there have been a couple of times I have tried to do something several times and it crashes every time. While on Amazon web site I would be viewing an item and when I went to hover over the item to get the magnifier to open it would crash. The other instance is when I would start to download an app that enables me to assist an end user by giving me remote access to their desktop it crashes. (Note: I have used this app before without issue, the company we use to monitor other computers for managed services specifically says that it is compatible with firefox and we have used it for some time. I just got this computer and had to download the app initially in order to do my work, the downloading of the app crashes firefox. I can't think of any other times that have seemed to cause a crash. Please help, I need a stable browser for school by the 17th, our log in will open another window that uses an interface called blackboard and I need this to take exams! Thanks! P.S. I tried to find any crash reports or any other information and there were no crash reports.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options)
key, and then starting Firefox. A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).

Is the problem still there?

While still in Safe Mode,

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.

(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)
