Hello Sirs,

so, today I had 2 to face 2 apparent bugs from Mozilla/Firefox:

1. I installed (regular way), then uninstall and re-installed (custom way) an old Firefox 26 version for JMeter test purposes 2. I discoverd that all of a sudden ALL the bookmarks of my previous (default) Firefox Developer Edt. browser were GONE! Erased! 3. Nothing is left into the bookmarksbackup directory (bookmarks which I never backuped, anyhow) and the places.sqlite file seems to be the default one (I opened it with a sqlite db browser)

Any hope to recover the old bookmarks? Such is a catastrophic failure, I lost 6 months of university courses related bookmarks!

2. Then I jump here to ask Your help, I run through the 'ask a question' procedure, and when finally I submit the details for my enquiry, Your system tells me "Please, verify your email".

I then went on my email account, verified the email, and when back to this form I couldn't finish the procedure and basically it seems the system has lost my previous help request.

Hope you can give a good hint at least for problem n.1

Best Regards F.S.
