In 45.4.0 on Windows 10 reply window resizes itself

Since I installed the update to 45.4.0 on my Windows 10 computer, when I open a reply window, it opens in full screen. I can resize it, provide I don't drag the window. As soon as I drag it, it resizes itself to the full width of the screen.

I have dual, large, NEC MultiSync monitors. This configuration worked fine for many years until the latest update.

Chosen solution

I just deleted the json configuration file and rebooted my computer. Thunderbird re-created the xulstore.json file and now I don't have the problem any more.
