Sorry you are having problems, but not too much to go on from your brief question. Are you using the same Mac and connection when posting this question thread ?

• You appear to be posting from an alternative Browser. Does Firefox actually open so that you can see the browser on your screen ?
• Can you get any websites at all. Any pattern you notice for instance is it only https secure websites, or only video content you have an issue with?
• Do you get any error messages if so what are they ? Please give the exact message or a screenshot of it.

I have both Firefox and Safari. Neither one will go to Msn.com.

Does it help if you try the direct secure https link:

• https://www.msn.com/
  • Does that give the same error.
  • Does it still fail with both browsers.
