What is your settings regarding saving space (same side as keep copy....)

If you right click on folder and choose properties, what is your settings on retention policy?

You know it is a copy of whats on the server. So if you delete messages in any device (like a Mobil ) it will be deleted on server and removed from all devices. So check that you don't have an automatic delete (or move) anywhere else
