What are the keystrokes to open an attached file? Cannot use mouse.

Thunderbird is recommended by NVDA screen reader for visually impaired users. I cannot find any combination of keystrokes to get to the SAVE menu, for attached files.

Those are the accelerator keys shown in my menus.

You can navigate further by using a number (each attachment is listed and numbered serially, then a (for save as) to get to a file save dialogue.

I am pleasantly surprised that Thunderbird is being recommended for sight-impaired users. I've always felt that Thunderbird has rather high dependency on the mouse and some features are hard to find, even with the mouse.
