Before you respond with your list of troubleshooting for this issue, I have tried them ALL! There is so much on your website and the internet about this issue, the fixes are well known and well tried. Everytime I try to watch a live youtube streaming, plugin crashes and Firefox freezes and I need to restart my pc! I would thing the brilliant folks at Firefox would hve come up with a REAL fix for this by now. Apparently not.

so, I have disabled Shockwave, but it seems none of the other plugins suggested for this will work. The error message is always, "your browser does not recognize any of the video formats available", then suggests HTML5 . I tried all of those, and they won't work. Last time I sent you a question about this, I think it got deleted (on purpose?) because I couldn't find it. Please don't do so again. Or I will have to take further action.
