I've login firefox account but my old datas are not sync ! i've requested new password (forgot password)

i have formatted my pc ! i have forgot my password while login firefox for that i have reset my password! after reseting my firefox account all my datas will not be shown or erased ! Can u please help me to recover that back please !

Resetting the Firefox Account password clears your data from the Sync server. See the screenshot for the warning message about that action.
