everytime I try to use firefox now, it just keeps opening multiple tabs and I can not go to any site. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled, ran malware and antivirus and nothing is fixing this problem. it has been going on for several weeks

Sorry that you are having issues using Firefox.
Are the tabs that Firefox is opening blank or are they specific websites?

It opens up to Kifi each time. It wont stay on the tab I'm working on just opens another or closes and goes back to the one it opened

Please check your computer's programs list, via the Windows control panel, and uninstall the Kifi program if it is listed.
If that doesn't fix it, please try holding down the Shift key when opening Firefox to launch the Firefox Safe Mode. Safe Mode is a diagnostic mode that disables all of your add-ons until the next restart.
If the issue does not occur in Safe Mode, go to the Firefox add-on manager and remove the Kifi add-on or any add-on that you think may be causing the issue or don't remember installing on your system.
Note: It is a good idea to write down the name of any add-ons that you uninstall from Firefox, so that you can reinstall them at a later time if you require.
Let us know if you are able to solve the issue using this method?
I do not see Kifi on my programs list
