I want to be able to go direct to certain websites. There is no more room on the pinned list. Rather than having an icon for each web site I would prefer to go direct to the Bookmarks Menu without having to open the browser.

Chosen solution

The Bookmarks Manager is not accessed using a link. So the answer is no.

Place the link in the Bookmarks Toolbar. You can also create folders in the Bookmarks Manager.
