Thank you for your question, but this doe snot sound like an issue with Firefox.

If you have a picture downloaded from the web to your computer, you may be alter the image using graphics software such as GIMP (other packages do exist), but this is beyond the remit of this forum and I would recommend you consult a specialist Windows forum for help with this.

I notice that you are using an older version of Firefox. I strongly recommend you update to make sure that you have the latest security n stability fixes, as well as new features. You can read more about how to update here.
