Highlight the bookmark or folder with the left mouse button, then look down at the bottom of the bookmark library or organize bookmarks window for two text boxes labled Name: and Description:. Edit the name in the Name textbox.

The simplest way I know of to copy a few individual bookmarks from one computer to another, is to copy the bookmarks.html file from the source computer Firefox profile directory, and then open it in Firefox on the target computer, open the links you want from that page, and then bookmark them in the folders where you want them on the target computer.

It's more common for folks to want to merge lots of bookmarks, and there are many tools for that you can find via a search engine or searching this site.
