I just upgraded to Windows 10 and am using Firefox browser. While trying to log on to my outlook email account, I get the " Something went wrong and we can't sign you in right now. Please try again later. " error. I cleared the cache but still no luck. I just changed the primary alias in my account as well......i figure something must be mismatched. Any ideas?

Scribe! Thank you so much. That seems to have done the trick...erasing all history allowed me to set up the correct associations. Well done!

Hi, try this: Delete all references to Outlook, as shown under the heading 'How do I remove a single website from my history?' in this article - Delete browsing, search and download history on Firefox, then try the site (not from an old bookmark) again.
