Sunday afternoon I decide to clear history and as much stuff as I can, now for some reason I cannot find a way to sign into my gmail account without adding apps and things I don't want. Help!

This does not sound like an issue with Firefox, but I will do my best to help.

Assuming you do not have a record of your Gmail password, you may have to follow the lost password tool in Gmail to access that online account.
