Chosen solution

My local library uses K9 Web Protection on all their desktops and I've used it personally as well. It allows you to select a certain category (Pornography for your example) and blocks ALL sites even remotely related to Pornography. Its free for home users and can't be un-installed without an administrator password (you set this up yourself during installation/post-installation, and if your grandson tries to stop the K9 service via the Service Control Manager in Windows (if he's somewhat computer savvy), then all Internet access is disabled.
