As noted, icon for Firefox has been lost from Desktop. Relevant icon appears on toolbar and loads browser. However, I should like to reinstate it on Desktop.

Hi MGRed,

Try to do the following: - Go to Windows Start menu - Find Firefox icon there - Right click on it - on the top of the list find option More and then click on Open file location.

In the opened location right click on the Firefox label file - then click to Send to the Desktop.

Many thanks for your help. I knew it could be done, but it was outside my experience.
