After visiting Food.com, got this message that now pops up when I use Firefox.
I clicked on a link in an email to visit Food.com for some cooking instructions. The site seemed to load slow then I got the message in the box. I closed the window and tried typing in the site address only to get the message again. I restarted my computer, went through troubleshooting, but it still exist. Can you please explain to me how to remove it or make it stop? I tried both choices (buttons in message) and the box disappears then reappears 10 seconds later. I tried x-ing out and it just pops up again.
Thanks

Normally the dialog would name a specific plugin, so that's definitely peculiar.
Could you clear Firefox's cache in case you're reloading a corrupted page?
See: How to clear the Firefox cache
If you have a large hard drive, this might take a few minutes. If you do not see the number going down on the page, you can reload it using Ctrl+r to check progress.
You might also try disabling any plugins you don't need. Open the Add-ons page using either:
- Ctrl+Shift+a
- "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons
In the left column, click Plugins. Then on the right side set non-essential plugins to "Never Activate" to disable them. If the problem goes away, perhaps one of those is not starting properly or got corrupted??
