firefox has completely disappeared & wants to load, lost all my tabs & everything
my firefox froze. when i restarted my computer, firefox is acting like I am a new customer, wanting to start an account. all of my tabs and everything is gone. i need everything back. it's vital.

Look on your desktop. Do you see a folder called; Old Firefox?
