Need to correct user account control to allow program changes

I cannot allow the program to make changes such as updating to Windows 10. My boyfriend Bob put his name in and a password I don't know then he died last October. I am unable to add my printer . Please help Linda Martin

You will have to contact a computer tech to get you listed as an administrator on that system.
