What is your computer system? Are you trying to download from Mozilla.org ?

Using another computer, Download Firefox Full Version For All languages And Systems {web link} onto a thumb drive. After, plug the thumb into your system.

Thank you for the response. My laptop is running the Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate OS & yes I am trying to download from monzila.org. I don't have another computer here, but will try that on my daughter's laptop. But why can't I download Firefox myself from the official source?
