I just upgraded the foxfire software today and my documents files have disappeared and my bookmarks are also gone.

I am not an expert so will need some good directions on how to recover them. I have Windows 7

Firefox has nothing to do with the documents files folder.

Look on your desktop. Do you see a folder called; Old Firefox?

Firefox has nothing to do with the documents files folder.

Look on your desktop. Do you see a folder called; Old Firefox?
