How do I shut off restricted mode.

In trying to watch historical videos from Britain and others, it says I am in restricted mode and won't let me view them. At the bottom of the page where restricted code is listed it won't let me change to the off position, clicking on it does nothing. I help my daughter who is a college professor. We need the transcripts for students that can't bring up the videos for teaching purposes. She teaches on line and one student is in Germany and can't bring up quite a few of them. Please help us. Thank you.

I am not sure what you are asking about. If you are trying to circumvent copyright or other copy protection that is not something we are able to assist with.

If for instance you re trying to use BBC content for work or educational purposes that may not be allowed.
