Downloads no longer go to computer, only to firefox library
Have used firefox with no problems. But today, downloads no longer go to my computer download folder, only to the firefox library. I can go to the library and transfer files to the computer, but why have this 2-step process. Using windows 10. This problem occurs with all computers. How do I correct this problem?

John99: By itself, as of right now, without anything I've done, downloads now go to the downloads folder. Go figure!

You are able to choose the location Firefox will use, or decide individually for each download

- Startup, home page, tabs, and download settings
Use Menu {three bar icon) -> Options -> General -> Downloads That includes an option to browse for a chosen location. Or to allow you to choose with each download.
Firefox has always been set, and still is, to the download folder, but as of today, downloads only go to firefox library.
