As to how to edit those pages to add page numbers, can't do that in Firefox. An appropriate program for the file type involved would be needed.

Do you mean like printing out a webpage?
Not really - for example, when I receive information pages contained within a booklet for either printing or download and the pages aren't numbered. How can I number them?
