Mozilla upgraded my yahoo home page to Mozilla 4.4 and now the news banner on the Yahoo news page will not shift; there are no tabs for shifting. What to do?
Yesterday Mozilla upgraded my yahoo news page to Mozilla 4.4. and now the news banner which used to be able to side scrolled is static. In fact, the whole yahoo page, which is my home page, is different. This is very annoying. Also, now, the news items which are available as I scroll down all have little icons/tabs to do different things, which were not there before. I would like it to be the way it was before

I believe it is a script issue. I have two computers; one got switched, one not. If any more information becomes available, could you please let me know. I was steered, on another issue, into about:config. Perhaps the answer lies there. Tom Doty

It might be a coincidence: Yahoo's changes were in the news yesterday --
Another user was struggling with the change yesterday. This thread has some ideas on things you could try to switch the layout back: https://support.mozilla.org/questions/1106848
Otherwise, someone might come out with an add-on, Greasemonkey userscript, or Stylish user style to customize the page's layout.
