This is the web site https://merchantcenter.intuit.com/msc/portal/init After I type in my username and password it tries to connect and then just shows waiting for merchant services and refreshs. I have refreshed firefox and that did not help.

Use this link to check that your plugins are up-to-date. If any are listed as unknown or research, do not worry about them.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac Options)
key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?

I am not sure what we did to fix it but I was able to log in after I did the safe mode several times. So I'll keep my fingers crossed that we're good. Thank you so much for the help FredMcD! Mozilla Rocks!!

It could be anything, including a corrupt file that was overwritten. As long as it's working . . . Safe surfing.
