When I click on a link it does this weird zoom out then back to normal. How do I make it stop?

When I click a link, everything on the window flashes really tiny, then back to normal, then to the link.

Having more than one version of a program may cause issues. You must remove the older programs. Then get the current full installer.

After dealing with the above, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac Options) key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?
