I am using Windows 8.1

In another question you clarified: "How do I get my username from appearing in the username window"

By default, Firefox will remember form entries and list them as suggestions the next time you use the same form. You can delete the suggestion and you also can turn off this feature completely.

To delete a suggestion:

After clicking in the form field and seeing the entry appear, press the down arrow key on the keyboard to highlight it and press the Delete key.

To turn off the form history feature:

You can use the Privacy panel of the Options dialog. This article has more information: Control whether Firefox automatically fills in forms (see the section "Prevent Firefox from storing form entries")

Does that do what you want to do?

Someone who is involved in administrating that website would need to do that.
