Firefox wont play videos on rainierland.com, or apartments.com with the exception of sound in windows 10, but worked in windows 8, what can be done to fix this?
I tried the Microsoft Windows Media Feature Pack (KB3010081), and still nothing. Will you release a new version of firefox that addresses this issue, or is there a way to fix it in the current version which is 40.0.3??

That are MP4 files that are played with the HTML5 media player.
If you have support for playing MP4 files with 32 bit applications like Firefox then it should work.
Do videos work on YouTube as that website will also use an HTML5 media player?
last comment made me think back to the microsoft KB3010081 solution. I installed the 64 bit version but not the 32 bit version. Once the 32 bit version was installed, all was well. Thanx.
Perhaps firefox should make an update that includes a way to check if KB3010081 is istalled, and if not prompt users to accept or deny the KB3010081 install.
